Article 1 - Parties

1.2 Buyer Information

The name, surname, title (if any), national ID or tax number, billing address, city, and email declared by the Buyer during the order will be taken as basis. The Buyer's country is automatically detected via IP address.

Article 2 - Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of the digital products and services, the characteristics of which are specified in Article 3, which the Buyer ordered electronically from bakspro.com, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

Article 3 - Products and Services Subject to the Agreement

3.1 BaksPro AI Project Kits, Add-ons and Grant Office Licenses

BaksPro AI is an AI-powered grant project proposal writing assistant covering Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, TÜBİTAK, Interreg and national grant programmes. Products offered for sale are one-time project kits, add-on products and fixed-term corporate Grant Office licenses:

  • Project Kits (one-time purchase): Erasmus+ (KA1, KA210, KA220, KA3), TÜBİTAK (Starter 1002-A/B, Standard 1005/3501, Comprehensive 1001/3005), Horizon Europe (MSCA, ERC, Cluster, EIC) and the Other Grant & Funding Programmes kit. Each kit includes 1 project/draft slot, the AI credits defined for that kit, Word/PDF export and all sections of the relevant programme.
  • Kit prices are clearly displayed in TRY or EUR according to the user's country on the purchase page and at checkout; the current price at the time of ordering applies.
  • AI credits vary by kit type (ranging from 20,000 to 75,000 credits) and are stated on each kit on the purchase page. AI credits accumulate in a single pool usable across all project families.
  • Kit Validity Period: Each kit provides 6 (six) months of full use (AI generation, research tools, export) from the purchase date, followed by 6 (six) months of read-only access. A new kit is purchased for each new project.
  • Extra AI Credit Packs: packs of 25,000 and 50,000 credits - the account must hold at least one active (non-expired) kit. Current pack prices are shown in TRY or EUR by country on the purchase page and at checkout.
  • Grant Office Licenses (fixed-term license): Team (6 or 12 months) and Institutional (6 or 12 months) packages provide module access, seat rights and a shared AI credit pool defined for the corporate workspace. Additional Shared AI Credit Packs (100,000 and 250,000 credits) are sold per workspace. Licenses are fixed-term; there is no auto-renewal or stored card - renewal is manual at the end of the term. Current prices are shown in TRY or EUR by country on the purchase page and at checkout.

Prices exclude VAT. For Türkiye, 20% VAT is added at checkout. Prices current at the time of order apply. Prices are displayed in TRY or EUR based on the user's country (detected automatically by IP address). Products are one-time purchases; there is no subscription. If a new kit is purchased before an existing kit expires, remaining AI credits carry over; once all kits have expired, remaining credits become unusable.

Article 4 - Nature and Limits of the Service

4.1. The services provided by BaksPro AI include proposal writing for grant programmes (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, TÜBİTAK, Interreg and national grant programmes), AI-assisted content generation, and project development assistance. Industry-leading AI language models are utilized for content generation to ensure the highest quality in structuring and writing.

4.2. Nature of AI Outputs:

The content generated by BaksPro AI is AI-assisted suggestions and drafts. The platform creates project sections (context, summary, objectives, methodology, work packages, budget, impact, dissemination, sustainability, partnerships, timeline, risk management) with AI support. Generated content should be considered as a starting point and must be edited by the user.

4.3. Grant Guarantee:

The Seller aims for AI outputs to comply with EU criteria; however, it does not guarantee that the project will be accepted by the National Agency or the EU Commission or receive a grant. The grant decision is at the discretion of independent evaluators. The Buyer accepts that they cannot request a fee refund in case of "no grant".

4.4. User Responsibilities:

  • a) The generated content must be reviewed, edited, and enriched with institutional information by the Buyer.
  • b) AI outputs cannot be used directly as an application form; they should only be considered as a starting point and source of inspiration.
  • c) The Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of the content generated by AI.
  • d) The Buyer is solely responsible for the results of applications made using AI outputs.

Article 5 - Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

5.1. The Buyer's project idea, institutional data, and strategies are considered "Trade Secrets" and are absolutely not shared with third parties by the Seller. Project data transmitted to AI infrastructure providers is used solely for content generation and is never used for artificial intelligence model training or marketing purposes.

5.2. BaksPro AI infrastructure, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine, prompt templates, and training content are the intellectual property of Baksora Teknoloji. The Buyer cannot copy, reproduce, or sell these materials to other institutions.

5.3. Project proposals created by the Buyer with AI are the property of the Buyer and cannot be used by the Seller.

Article 6 - Product Delivery and Activation

  • 6.1. Purchased project kits and add-ons are assigned to the user account immediately after payment confirmation via iyzico (project slot and AI credits). Grant Office licenses and shared credit packs are assigned to the related corporate workspace immediately after payment.
  • 6.2. Products are one-time purchases; there is no auto-renewal or subscription. AI credits can be used as long as the account holds at least one active (non-expired) kit.
  • 6.3. Technical maintenance and updates are announced in advance. The service may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
  • 6.4. Content Retention: When a kit's usage period (6 months) ends, drafts remain viewable in read-only mode for a further 6 months. At the end of the read-only period (12 months in total from purchase), the Seller reserves the right to delete the related draft content, subject to at least 30 days' prior notice by email.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions

7.1. According to Article 15(ğ) of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation; "Services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer" are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.2. The Buyer accepts in advance that from the moment they create a project with BaksPro AI, consume AI credits, or export a project, the service will be deemed to have been performed and they cannot exercise their right of withdrawal.

7.3. If the purchased kit or add-on has not been used yet (no project created, no AI credits spent), the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of payment. Expiry of the kit's usage or read-only period does not by itself constitute grounds for a refund.

Article 8 - Payment

  • 8.1. Payments are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure (Checkout Form). Card details are not stored by the Seller.
  • 8.2. Credit card and debit card payments are accepted. 3D Secure security verification is applied.
  • 8.3. Prices are automatically shown in TRY or EUR based on the user's country. Country is detected via IP address and cannot be changed.

Article 9 - Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the place of residence of the Buyer or Seller are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, and Kastamonu Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes exceeding this value.

Article 10 - Validity

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon making the payment for the order placed on the site.
